60 Minute 1:1 Personal Training - $100

A 60 minute training session tailored to your specific goals and needs.

45 Minute 1:1 Personal Training - $85

A 45 minute training session for folks a bit short on time or who have specific goals to work towards.

My trainings sessions are 60 minutes, one-on-one, in my private home gym in Glen Park, San Francisco. Each session is tailored to your individual goals and current fitness level. We’ll use a variety of exercise modalities and equipment to keep workouts feeling fresh while delivering results. I do offer options for folks short on time, folks who like to exercise with others, and folks who prefer to exercise at home.

60 Minute 2:1 Personal Training - $150

Think exercise is more fun with someone else? Bring your partner or a friend for a private 2:1 training session. Max 2 people per session.

At Home Personal Training

Feel more comfortable training at home? I can design a program that fits your needs and the space you have available. Price and availability will vary based on location, day/time requested, and the equipment you have. Contact me to discuss this option in more detail.

Hi, I’m Jon.

I’m an NASM Certified Personal Trainer working in San Francisco. I’m passionate about finding ways to keep my body feeling strong and confident as I age. I believe that everyone deserves to feel good in their body, and everyone has the ability. Some folks just need a little coaching to getting there, and that’s where I can help.

Whether you’re brand new to exercise, a seasoned weekend warrior that needs some new tricks, or an athlete trying to hit a new goal, I can work with you to design a program that will deliver the results you want.
